STF 3 B on CD-ROM Addendum

The attached pages are relevant to STF 3B on CD-ROM.  Please insert these 
into the How to Use This File chapter and Appendix I., CD-ROM Technical 
Information, of the technical documentation for STF 3 on CD-ROM.  Do not 
replace the existing pages in the documentation; simply add these pages to 
each chapter. 

These are the only documentation changes that pertain to the STF 3B CD-ROM 
release.  The remainder of the STF 3 CD-ROM documentation pertains to STF 
3A on CD-ROM and STF 3B on CD-ROM.
