               fields of the STF3C0 segment.  This is in
               the format of a dBASE III extended structure which has been
               expanded to include brief field descriptions.

ZIP_[st].DBF     This file is a database reference file for each State
                 and the District of Columbia that is found on
                 discs 1, 2, or 3.  Each of these files will be named
                 ZIP_[st].DBF (where st is the two letter State
                 abbreviation).  The file contains records for incorporated
                 places in a State.  Each record will contain the ZIP 
                 Code(s), SAC1, and area name for that place (ANPSADPI).
