2  Select RECORDS     select which kinds of business or record types to display
3  Add LABELS         add kind-of-business descriptions to display
4  Select an INDEX    resequence records by kind of business (advanced option)
5  Format options     select columnar/rowwise display, heading, page width

6  Display to Screen
7  Print              send output to printer (use option 5 to configure)
8  EXTRACT DATA       create an extract file in any of 3 formats
