1992 Transportation, Communications, and Utilities     UC92* and  TI92AT*

"UC92" files show statistics about establishments engaged in transportation,
communications and utilities.  Geographic Area Series files include data
for states and metro areas nationwide.  Statistics on establishment and firm
size are shown at the national level.  Revenue lines includes selected states.

1992 Truck Inventory and Use Survey files include summary statistics about
trucks by state for 1992 and 1987.  Microdata from this survey have been
issued on a separate CD-ROM (Volume 3).

   On the SELECT A FILE menu you must select either establishment statistics
      (UC92*) or truck statistics (TI92*) and the type of data.

   On the MAIN MENU you may

1  Select ITEMS      select specific statistics to display out of each record
                       e.g., trucks, percent change
2  Select RECORDS    select which areas or subject lines to display
                       e.g., hazardous materials carried, truck type
3  Add LABELS        add geographic area or kind-of-business titles to display
