1992 Census of Wholesale Trade:  Geographic Area Series

1992 Geographic Area Series files include statistics for the U.S. states,
counties, places, and metro areas.  (Area series data for 1987, including
most of the same areas in a format comparable to 1992 data, are included
on the Volume 4, Nonemployer Statistics disc.)

Statistics on establishment and firm size are shown at the national level.
Commodity line sales are shown for the nation, 15 states and 15 metro areas.

To select data for all counties or all places in Geographic Area Series files,
select records using the GEOTYPE variable.

   On the MAIN MENU you may

1  Select ITEMS       select specific statistics to display out of each record
                        e.g., establishments, sales, employment
2  Select RECORDS     select which kinds of business and/or areas to display
3  Add LABELS         add kind-of-bus. descriptions or area names to display
