John P. Govoni, Assistant Chief for Census/Annual Survey of
Manufactures (ASM) Program was responsible for the overall management of
the Numerical List of Manufactured and Mineral Products. He guided the
activities with other divisions.
    The computer processing systems were developed and programmed by Taylor
C. Murph.  The computer specifications and analytical procedures were
prepared under the supervision of James E. Kristoff, Chief, Commodity
Classification Branch, Economic Censuses and Surveys Division.
    The coordination activities, such as developing specifications and
procedures were conducted by Andrew W.  Hait under the direction of Bruce
M. Goldhirsch, Chief, Census/ASM Special Reports Branch. They were assisted
by Lucy Cardellino, Brenda Lukenich, and Veronica R. Harley.
    The review of the product codes were performed by the Industry Division
under the direction of John P. McNamee, Chief of the Minerals Branch,
Michael J. Zampogna, Chief of the Census/ASM Nondurables Branch, and
Kenneth I. Hansen, Chief of the Census/ASM Durables Branch.  They were
assisted by Patricia L. Horning, Frank W. Roy, Allen H. Foreman, Ted
McGrath, Mendel D. Gayle, Charles T. Lee Jr., Susan Bucci, Susan DiCola,
