Login Help

 To Login to the online training session you will need to:
  • join the session via computer and
  • call the session using the telephone.

Before attempting to Login, complete the below checklist.
  • Complete the registration and payment process (see Registration Help).
  • Print all Course Materials from the session information page.
  • Have a computer with an Internet connection.
  • Have a telephone (near the computer) to dial the toll-free number.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Begin the Login process 10-20 minutes prior to the start of the online session.
  2. Below is an example of the email you received upon completion of the registration process. Click on the link to join the training session.

  3. On the screen that displays, click “Join now.”
  4. On the screen that displays, enter in Registration ID and Session Password that is listed in the acceptance email.
  5. Click �OK�
  6. A pop-up will appear providing the telephone number, training session number and attendee ID #.
  7. Call the telephone number. Enter the training session number and attendee ID # when prompted. Click “OK.”
  8. You will now be in the training session.
