AES Online Workshops
Registration Information

To register for the online training session:

• Register online at https://aes-training.webex.com/ (following process below).
• An AES Representative will contact you for your credit card payment.
• Use your computer to join the online training session up to 20 minutes in advance.
• Use your telephone to call in to the session approximately 5 minutes in advance.
• If needed, see Login Help.

1. Go to https://aes-training.webex.com/ .
2. A list of upcoming sessions will display.
3. Click “Registration” for the session that you would like to attend.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the “Session Information.”
5. Fill in all the required information.
6. Click �Register.�
7. On the screen that displays, scroll down and click �OK.�
8. If you are a new user, you will be taken to a screen called �Setup for New Users.�
9. Click �Set Up.�
10. You will receive an email stating that your registration is pending approval.
11. Below is an example of the email that will be sent to you.
    
    

    Hello Attendee Name, Your registration for this training session is pending approval by Host Name. You will receive a separate email once the host has reviewed your registration. Topic: AESPcLink Training - AES Date: Monday, April 18, 2005 Time: 11:45 am, Eastern Daylight Time (GMT -04:00, New York) To contact Host Name, send a message to this address: [email protected] http://www.webex.com We've got to start meeting like this(TM)



12. An AES representative will contact you for payment information, accepted by Credit Card only.
13. Once your credit card information has been received, your registration will be approved.
14. Once the Host has approved your registration, you will receive an email similar to the one below.

15. You are now ready to login to the session up to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
