License Codes C47 and C48 Removed From AES - May 1, 2009

         Effective May 1, 2009 the following License Codes will be removed from 
         the AES:
 
         C47 - Additional Permissive Re-exports (APR)
 C48 - Key Management Infrastructure (KMI)
       
 The Bureau of Industry and Security has determined that both license 
         exceptions are no longer applicable to the AES and further use by the 
         exporting trade community allows for non-compliance of both the 
         Export Administration Regulations and the Foreign Trade Regulations.
