 The AES Mainframe is generating the response code 141 in error.
 The AES Team is aware of this problem and is working to resolve the 
         matter. As a result of the problem, other filers may experience a delay 
         in processing. We do apologize for the disruption this has caused.
 We ask that you resubmit your shipment within the hour as the issue 
         will be corrected by that time.
