This message is intended for AESDirect program users only.

Currently, AESDirect is experiencing a technical problem with the automatic email notification program. Our technical support is looking into the issue.

In the meantime, your responses can be found through the "Shipment Manager" and "Retrieve Existing Shipment" functionality. Instructions for both can be found on pages 19 and 27, respectively, of the AESDirect Userguide:
