068 SHIPMENT NOT ON FILE ; ACTION NOT ALLOWED If you are trying to change, replace or cancel and shipment, that shipment must first be on file in AES before the requested action can be taking. You must ADD the shipment before you can Change, Replace or Cancel it.
075 SHIPMENT ON FILE; ACTION NOT ALLOWED If you are trying to ADD a shipment using a Shipment Reference Number that was previously used on a shipment already filed in AES, the action will not be taken. The Shipment Reference Number must be unique for five years. Even if you have canceled the original accepted shipment, you can not reuse that
547 BIS EXEMPTION CODE MISSING Refer to Appendix F, License and License Exemption Type Codes and Reporting Guidelines. As an example, if you are reporting BIS License Code C33 on the Input CL1 Record, you must report 'NLR' as the Export License Number/CFR Citation/Authorization Symbol on the Input CL2 Record.
010 DEC INDICATOR MUST BE Y OR N If you are filing as a Data Entry Center (DEC) approved by Census to do so, then you must identify yourself as a DEC filer on the Input A Record with a Y in the Data Entry Center Indicator data element. If you are not filing as an approved DEC, then you must indicate that with N for that data element.
015 A-Z RECORD NO MATCH: FILER ID The Input A Record must match the Input Z Record.
016 A-Z RECORD NO MATCH: FILER ID TYPE The Input A Record must match the Input Z Record.
